Talana, part of the global Visma ecosystem, is a people management platform that drives operational transformation of large organizations. In this role, you will lead implementation projects of our HR solution, accompanying clients from the definition of requirements to the total adoption of the system. You will be responsible for managing risks and ensuring on-time deliveries, enhancing user experience and business value. You will collaborate closely with Product/IT Ops to prioritize improvements and with sales to resolve technical questions.

Roles and responsibilities
Complete HR SaaS implementation project management, from planning to delivery and customer adoption.
Technical and regulatory advice: support in configuration considering labor legislation and remuneration.
Communication with the Product/IT Ops team to raise incidents, propose improvements and influence the evolution of the SaaS.
Interactions with prospects during technical meetings to resolve usability and feasibility doubts.
Mentoring and leadership of technical meetings, onboarding of new revenues and optimization of process manuals.

About experience and skills
We are looking for a professional with training in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration Engineering, HR or a related field and at least 5 years of experience, ideally in the roles of Consultant, Manager or Head of Remuneration.
Knowledge of labor legislation, ability to make effective presentations and data analysis will be valued.
We are looking for a results-oriented person, with analytical thinking, communication skills to interact with clients and with experience in Tech or SaaS HR environments.
Medium level of Office and project management tools.
Ability to work as a team, influence, and proactivity to transform processes and products.

Desirable profile
Experience in HR technology or SaaS companies, background in implementing payroll and benefits solutions, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Mastery of data analysis tools and ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions is valued. Additional requirements: experience in technical sales as a partner, and experience in multicultural environments.
