Job Description
Role Objective:
Responsible for designing, implementing and monitoring hybrid infrastructure architectures, advanced networks and cybersecurity strategies for the organization's clients. Likewise, you will provide mentoring and coordinate the team of technical consultants to ensure compliance with service levels (SLAs).
1. PROFILE REQUIREMENTS
* Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Systems, Computing, Networks, Telecommunications or related careers.
* Experience: Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in senior technical consulting roles, critical infrastructure management and network design.
* Key Soft Skills: Leadership of technical teams, strategic thinking, high problem-solving capacity, executive communication with clients and orientation to risk prevention.
2. REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS
A. Networking and Advanced Connectivity (Critical)
* Expert domain in routing and switching, IPv4/IPv6 addressing, VLANs, link aggregation and redundancy protocols.
* Advanced experience in configuring and troubleshooting virtual private networks: Site-to-Site (IPsec) VPNs, SSL VPNs, and SD-WAN architectures.
* Solid knowledge in network traffic analysis, latency diagnosis, bandwidth optimization and Quality of Service (QoS) policies.
* Advanced configuration of core network services: robust DNS, balanced DHCP, NAT/PAT and dynamic routing.
B. Cybersecurity and Pentesting
* Demonstrated experience in the administration, deployment and monitoring of the Sophos ecosystem (Firewall, Endpoint, Email, Mobile).
* Knowledge of automated ethical hacking platforms, continuous vulnerability management and risk-based remediation (NodeZero, Tenable (Nessus), Qualys, Rapid7 (InsightVM), Greenbone, Aikido, Pentera, Cymulate) style environments.
C. Business Continuity and Infrastructure
* Advanced experience designing and executing backup, replication strategies, and disaster recovery plans (DRP) in hybrid and multitenant environments (preferably Acronis / +Continuity style solutions).
* Deep administration of server operating systems: Windows Server (Active Directory, group policies, migrations) and Linux platforms (Ubuntu Server, Nginx).
* Advanced virtualization on market-leading hypervisors.
D. Service Management (ITSM)
* Understanding and application of good practices based on ITIL v4 (Incident, Problem and Change Management).
* Experience in administering or operating endpoint management and service desk platforms is desirable, ideally the ManageEngine suite (ServiceDesk Plus, SupportCenter Plus, Endpoint Central).
3. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Technical Leadership: Lead the design and execution of complex infrastructure projects, server migrations and network deployments without impact on customer continuity.
2. Operational: Directly support Operations Management in technical supervision, optimization of work flows and strategic decision making in the event of contingencies.
3. Team Coordination: Guide, mentor and delegate activities to the team of junior engineers and consultants, ensuring that tickets and implementations meet agreed-upon quality and time standards.
4. Security Posture Assurance: Constantly evaluate and strengthen the network perimeter and customer endpoints, implementing strict cybersecurity and Zero Trust policies.
5. Relationship with Clients: Participate in high-level meetings to present solution architectures, vulnerability reports or contingency plans in clear business language.
4. VALUED CERTIFICATIONS
* Networking: CCNA / CCNP (Cisco), NSE 4 or higher (Fortinet), Sophos Certified Architect.
* Cybersecurity / Backup: Sophos Certifications (Firewall/Endpoint), Acronis Certified Engineer or offensive/defensive security certifications.
* Systems: Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, Linux certifications.
* Methodology: ITIL v4 Foundation.",
