Job Description

An important company in the payroll outsourcing sector is looking for a Payroll / Human Resources Technologist to strengthen its work team.

Required profile:
Technologist in Human Resources, Talent Management, Accounting or related careers.
Minimum of 2 years experience in payroll outsourcing, temporary companies or BPO.
Comprehensive management of electronic payroll and massive payrolls (more than 1,000 employees).
Solid knowledge of Colombian labor legislation, social security, parafiscal taxes and withholding at source for salaries.
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, crossing and information analysis).
Excellent customer service, assertive communication and detail orientation.
Ability to manage multiple payrolls simultaneously, schedule control, SLA compliance and deliverables.
Methodical, organized, analytical person focused on the quality of the processes.

Working conditions:
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Salary: $2,650,000 + legal benefits",
