What is your challenge and what will you do in your day to day life?
You will be the connector between business, customers and product development. Your focus is to ensure that the technological platform is the vehicle that enables the methodology and operating models defined by the company, guaranteeing scalable, reusable solutions aligned with the product vision.
Some of your responsibilities
:
Act as a bridge between customers, business and product, collaborating closely with Product Managers to ensure that SaaS software reflects and enables defined operating models.
Identify business and product use gaps, based on process analysis, customer feedback, usage metrics and implementation learnings, transforming them into functional requirements for the Product Roadmap.
Translate complex customer problems into scalable product solutions, avoiding ad-hoc developments and safeguarding the consistency of the core of the product.
Actively participate in discovery and functional definition instances, providing business vision, customer experience and operational understanding for the prioritization of initiatives.
Validate new functionalities and improvements, ensuring that they correctly enable the operation models defined by the Methodology Leader and meet criteria of scalability, usability and value for the client.
Serve as level 3 expert support, addressing complex product implementation or use cases that require a comprehensive business vision, methodology and functional architecture.
Collaborate with Customer Success, Implementation and Support teams, delivering functional guidelines and design criteria that facilitate product adoption and reduce friction in onboarding.
Systematize learnings from the use of the product, contributing to the continuous improvement of the methodology, customer experience and the evolution of the SaaS product.

👤 Profile we are looking for:
Professional training in Engineering, Administration, Construction, Systems or related careers.
Minimum of 3 years experience in SaaS companies or in roles linked to product, consulting, implementation or customer success.
Verifiable experience in gathering and documenting functional requirements (user stories, use cases, process flows).
Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into scalable product solutions.
Experience working collaboratively with Product Managers and technology teams.
Ability to interact with clients and internal stakeholders, understanding operational and strategic needs.
