Coordinate and lead consulting projects, integrating business and technology perspectives for 3IT clients, ensuring the delivery of high-value solutions that combine process analysis, project management and technological implementation, with a focus on measurable results and long-term relationships.
Actively support the development and identification of new business opportunities, both in current and new clients, diagnosing real needs and proposing innovative solutions to the problems detected. Propose and implement innovation initiatives within the company, incorporating new practices and emerging technologies that contribute to the development of new services and the strengthening of the company's portfolio, including support in the management of alliances and strategic partnerships.

Interaction with clients and management of diverse stakeholders
Management of project management methodologies (traditional and/or agile)
Proven domain in diagnosing business processes and gathering requirements
Direct participation in the construction of proposals (tenders, business case, ROI or similar)
Track record in projects where business and technology are integrated (ERP, CRM, Cloud, APIs or others)
Participation in commercial instances or generation of opportunities (consultative sales, pre-sales, etc.)
At least 5 years in consulting, project management or transformation initiatives roles (non-operational)

Use of project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello or others)
Participation in digital transformation, process automation or analytics initiatives
Understanding of technological trends such as AI, systems integration or data analytics
Practice in process modeling or collaboration tools (Miro, Bizagi, etc.)
