What will you do in this role?
Sales Ecosystem Management: You will execute a standardized process that ranges from the first interaction on WhatsApp to personalized advice and closing.
Strategic Prospecting (Hunter): Although we have demand generation systems, you will be responsible for enhancing your own funnel through networking and strategic alliances.
Consulting and Demonstration: Conduct high-level presentations (physical or digital) where the focus is eliminating purchasing friction through customer education.
Systematic Tracking: You will use our tools to ensure that no prospect is lost in the process, maintaining a constant conversion rate.
System Optimization: You will report directly to the Sales Department to adjust tactics and improve the efficiency of the sales \"machine\".
Profile Requirements:
\"Owner\" Mentality: We are looking for people who do not depend on constant supervision and who understand that their income is a direct reflection of their management.
Experience in Consulting Sales: Minimum 2-3 years in intangibles, educational services, life insurance or high ticket products.
Digital Domain: Excellence in communication via WhatsApp Business and CRM tools.
Communication Skills: Ability to make persuasive demonstrations and handle objections with emotional intelligence.
Results Orientation: Discipline to meet daily contact and closing indicators (KPIs).
