Odoo ERP Consultant and Implementer (Intermediate – Advanced Level)
We are looking for an Odoo ERP Consultant and Implementer with verifiable experience in implementation, parameterization and optimization projects of business processes. We are looking for an analytical, structured and results-oriented professional, capable of leading functional surveys and converting business needs into effective solutions within the Odoo ecosystem.

Purpose of the position
Analyze, design, implement and optimize business solutions based on Odoo ERP, ensuring that client processes are correctly modeled in the system, meeting scope, timing and quality of the project.
Main responsibilities
Conduct functional surveys with clients.
Document requirements and prepare functional specifications.
Parameterize standard Odoo modules.
Detect functional gaps and define solutions.
Coordinate personalized developments with the technical team when necessary.
Run functional tests (UAT).
Train end users and operational teams.
Manage scope changes in a structured way.
Ensure correct data migration.
Accompany the exit to production (Go-Live) and stabilization.

Technical requirements
Proven experience in Odoo implementations (minimum 3–5 years).
Functional knowledge of modules such as: Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, Manufacturing (desirable), Projects
Experience in process surveying and business modeling.
Ability to distinguish when to parameterize and when to require development.
Experience working with technical teams (developers).
General knowledge of databases and Odoo structure (desirable).
Experience in version migrations (desirable).
Management of formal project documentation.
