Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Financial Accounting Consultant with proven experience in IFRS 17 (IFRS 17) to participate in a consulting project focused on the diagnosis, review and strengthening of financial and accounting processes related to the application of this standard in the insurance sector.

We are looking for a professional with a highly analytical and consultative profile, capable of evaluating methodologies, identifying risks and presenting executive recommendations to senior management.

Academic training
Professional in one of the following careers: Public Accounting, Economics, Finance, Financial Administration, Financial Engineering.

Desirable:
Specialization or Master's Degree in Finance, Risk, Insurance, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Auditing.

Essential requirement
You must have demonstrable experience in implementation, review, diagnosis or consulting of IFRS 17 (IFRS 17) in insurers, reinsurers or companies with insurance products.

Required experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in functions related to:
Implementation or evaluation of IFRS 17.
Gap Assessment between current accounting policies and IFRS 17.
Review of methodologies, models and financial calculations.
Evaluation of accounting and financial impacts derived from IFRS 17.
Preparation of technical and executive reports.
Participation in financial transformation projects.
Relationship with financial, actuarial and audit areas.

Technical knowledge
Experience is required in: IFRS 17 / IFRS 17, Financial Statements under IFRS, Technical reserves, Provisions, Financial accounting, Financial reporting, Accounting controls, Reconciliations between actuarial models and accounting, Financial indicators, Analysis of equity impacts
Accounting and regulatory risks
