Job Description
We are looking for a Global Oracle Techno-Functional Consultant with experience in Oracle Cloud Financials to be part of a global team to support and continuously improve financial applications.
The position will participate in the support and evolution of solutions implemented in Oracle Cloud, working together with international teams to ensure the stability, integration and optimization of financial and technological processes.
Responsibilities
Provide functional and technical support on Oracle Cloud Financials for users in different regions (Europe, North America and LATAM).
Analyze and resolve incidents and requirements related to financial and procurement modules in Oracle Cloud.
Collaborate with global support and development teams in the implementation, testing and execution of technological components.
Manage incidents related to Procurement, Accounts Receivable, Advanced Collections, General Ledger and Financial Cloud.
Work with integrations between Oracle Cloud and third-party systems, including data capture and OCR tools.
Gather business requirements for system improvements and participate in their implementation through configurations or developments.
Coordinate with technical teams the resolution of integration errors, data failures and configurations.
Analyze and resolve application issues and user queries within the Oracle Cloud system.
Manage and correct master and transactional data when necessary to maintain system stability.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for processes, integrations and workflows.
Requirements
5-7 years of experience working with Oracle Cloud Financials or Oracle ERP.
Experience providing technical and functional support in Oracle SaaS environments.
Knowledge of financial modules such as:
Procurement
Accounts Receivable
Advanced Collections
General Ledger
Financial Cloud
Experience working with integrations in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Knowledge of data structure, tables, and Oracle Cloud architecture.
Experience developing or supporting complex integrations between ERP systems.
Ability to analyze technical incidents, identify root causes and propose solutions.
Ability to work in global and dynamic environments.
Excellent communication, problem solving and priority management skills.

Previous knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite.
