REQUIREMENTS:
•\ Industrial Engineering, Process Reengineering, Related Career Administration.
•\ Conversational English (required)
•\ 5 years of experience.
•\ Advanced Excel (required).
•\ Who lives in CDMX or the metropolitan area (Obligatory).
KNOWLEDGE:
•\ Advanced Excel (desirable)
•\ Process methodology
•\ Map business processes (Customer service, sales, purchases, quotations)
•\ Knowledge in quality control methodologies
•\ Management of services and/or customer service, sales and post sales.
•\ Quality control tests in technology projects (desirable)
•\ Management and management of implementation projects (transversely)
•\ Functional knowledge in, at least an Oracle SaaS solution (desirable)
MAIN FUNCTIONS:
•\ Process mapping and definition of implementation strategies
•\ Mapping and coordinating functional tasks of implementation projects
•\ Elaboration of information gathering documents and functional designs of different projects
•\ Use Case Generation for Quality Tests
•\ Customer resource training for different projects
•\ Carry out tests and ensure the quality of assigned projects
•\ Perform first level support in the Support Service, manage activities with internal work teams as well as with the Customer.
•\ Admin of internal tickets and follow-up, carry out
•\ Carry out the full administration of assigned projects, including scope, assumptions, time, quality, risks, communications.
•\ Coordinate with technical and business leaders the availability of resources for assignment to projects.
•\ Elaboration of a detailed work plan for assigned projects.
•\ Follow up the work plan compliance of all participants.
•\ Coordinate with the client's PMO office and the fulfillment of activities. (If required)
•\ Ensure the application and use of the methodology for the implementation of different projects.
•\ Develop functional guides and user manuals
