We want you to be part of this great team!\n \nWhat are we looking for?\nA functional consultant to join an important client.\n \nWorkplace: Remote\nModality: 100% In-person\nWorking hours: every other day from 7:30 to 15:30 - Saturdays 5 hours\n \nWhat will it be like? your responsibilities?\nIn this role, you will have the opportunity to:\n- Estimate the time needed to develop a task, when it is needed.\n- Collaborate with the different areas involved in projects, helping to establish a definition of scope if required.\n- Ensure communication with everyone those interested in the projects and give visibility and advance according to the stage.\n- Ensure the successful implementation of products or services within the agreed reach.\n- Involve those interested, that is, users or customers when there is a shortage, negotiating commitments with them or with other groups whenever possible necessary.\n- Ensure compliance with the processes defined by the project area by ensuring the quality of the same.\n- Take care of the aspects of implementations that can impact the scope, scope and quality, including risks and management of changes.\n- Monitor each phase and success of the project assigned.\n- Detect deviations and communicate them to the leader in order to mitigate errors and align expectations.\n- Prepare project progress reports, proposing alternative solutions to management.\n- Ensure the implementation of products or services according to the agreed range to achieve customer satisfaction.\n- Plan and manage service plans training.\n\n¿What do we need?\nWho have:\n\nExperience in functional analysis and/or project management\nParticipation in system implementations\nCapacity to define requirements and scope\nMonitoring projects, successes and managing deviations\nPreparation of progress reports\nInteraction and negotiation with stakeholders\n Tools: Jira / Excel / Confluence or similar\n Skills: communication, organization, proactivity and results orientation\n Training: careers related to Systems or Administration\nExperience participating in ERP implementation projects, ideally Oracle Netsuite.
