We are looking for a professional with a hybrid profile (functional and technical), capable of leading and orchestrating Salesforce CRM implementation projects, acting as a strategic nexus between the business and technology areas. You will be responsible for ensuring the correct definition, prioritization and execution of initiatives aligned with the objectives of the CRM program.

Gather, analyze and model business requirements (use cases and user stories).
Guide user areas in a clear, structured and prioritized survey.
Act as a link between business, technology, integrations and IT security.
Support the Project Manager in the coordination of stakeholders, management of reach, dependencies and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with deadlines and quality of implemented solutions.
Advise on best design practices, implementation and adoption of customer-centric CRM solutions.
Participate in the design of integrations and decoupled architectures for interoperability between CRM, digital channels and core systems.
Implement and optimize processes in Salesforce Sales (Sales Cloud) and Services (Service Cloud) modules.
Experience in implementing Salesforce CRM, especially in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules.
Experience in agile projects using Scrum methodology.
Functional knowledge of Salesforce (data, integration and security).
Experience in cloud platforms, ideally AWS.
Knowledge in decoupled integration architectures.
Experience in using versioning tools such as Git.
Capacity to advise business and technical teams on best development, integration and data migration practices.
Development of cloud-native services in AWS: (Lambda, Step Functions, ECS/Fargate, EventBridge, API Gateway, RDS, Glue).
Experience in integration between CRM systems, Loyalty and corporate platforms.
Knowledge in industries such as Real Estate/Inmobiliaria and/o Retail.
