Job Description

An important technological solutions company (SaaS) is looking for an IT Functional Consultant to join a project remotely.

Main responsibilities:

Support in the analysis of business processes, raising requests/tickets from key users or consultants.

Perform parameterization and configuration tasks for systems according to functional specifications.

Prepare basic functional documentation (instructions, process flows, user manuals).

Provide functional support in work environments or get underway and participate in follow-up meetings.

Support training for end users on new features or flows.

Requirements:

Education: Degree in Computer Engineering or related career.

Requirements:

Experience of less than 1 year of working experience in areas of functional support in testing environments, process analysis/development and systems implementation.

Advanced management of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Canva.

Knowledge in configuration of ERP, CRM or other platforms (SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle or similar).

Intermediate technical English (documentation reading).

Desirable:

Google tool management.

Experience in implementation projects, parameterization or software configuration.

Experience in collecting requests and/or managing tickets with key users.

Conditions:

Renta accord to the market.

Type of journey: Full (Art. 22), according to ethical hours from Monday to July 09:00 to 19:00 hrs, next 09:00 to 18:00 hrs.

Modality: Online (with the possibility of face-to-face meetings in Providencia, prior coordination).

Contract: Fixed monthly term per project, with the possibility of internalization according to performance.
