Job Description

An important company in the technological solutions (SaaS) sector is looking for an IT Functional Consultant to join a project in remote mode.

Main responsibilities:

Support in the analysis of business processes, raising requirements/tickets together with key users or consultants.

Execute system parameterization and configuration tasks according to functional specifications.

Prepare basic functional documentation (instructions, process flows, user manuals).

Provide functional support in test or go-live environments and participate in follow-up meetings.

Support end users in training on new functionalities or flows.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate in Computer Engineering or related field.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of work experience in areas of functional support in test environments, process analysis/development, and system implementation.

Advanced use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Canva.

Knowledge of ERP, CRM or other platforms configuration (SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle or similar).

Intermediate technical English (reading documentation).

Desirable:

Use of Google tools.

Experience in software implementation, parameterization or configuration projects.

Experience in gathering requirements and/or ticket management with key users.

Conditions:

Rent according to the market.

Type of day: Full (Art. 22), with ethical hours from Monday to Thursday 09:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Friday 09:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Modality: Online (with the possibility of face-to-face meetings in Providencia, prior coordination).

Contract: Fixed monthly term per project, with the possibility of internalization depending on performance.
