STRATEGIC MATES is a leading company in the business consulting sector. We are looking for a results-oriented Market and Marketing Strategy Consultant to design and execute the market analysis and comprehensive marketing and sales plan. This person will be responsible for turning data and insights into a clear, measurable and actionable strategy.

Location: Remote.

Position requirements:
- Minimum education required: Postgraduate or similar, in Business, Marketing or related areas.
- Necessary skills: Market analysis, Strategic marketing, Business development.
- Experience in market analysis and marketing strategy / GTM.
- Mastery of reference frameworks such as TAM/SAM/SOM, benchmarking, segmentation, funnel and customer journeys.
- Ability to create executable deliverables with clarity and structure.
- Analytical thinking and practical approach to implementing strategies.

Position Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed market analysis, including TAM/SAM/SOM, trends, opportunities and risks.
- Execute competitive benchmarking to identify value propositions, differentiators, prices and channels.
- Develop a complete marketing plan, including segmentation, messages, channels, funnel, content calendar and engagement strategy.
- Design Go-To-Market strategies, prices, packages/offers and commercial strategies.
- Define KPIs, control boards and recommendations by priorities.

Additional skills (not essential)
- Knowledge of strategic planning (OKRs, Balanced Scorecard, strategic maps, etc.).
- Experience in managing, obtaining and structuring data (research desk, public sources, surveys, CRM, analytics).
- Use of tools: Excel/Advanced Sheets, Looker/Power BI/Tableau, GA4, HubSpot/CRM or other equivalents.
