The selected person will be responsible for executing upgrades, migrations, infrastructure management and complex incidents, ensuring the operational continuity of SAP environments. You will also participate in the planning of improvements, escalations and optimization of processes, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.\nLanguages\nEnglish B2 to C1 (exclusive).\nOther languages (Chinese, Korean, Japanese, German, French, Italian, Turkish, Portuguese, Russian) are a plus.\nModality: Hybrid (attendance at the office once a fortnight)\nHours: Monday to Friday, 9 to 6 p.m. (ARG)\n On-call mode: On-call on some weekends and holidays\n Main responsibilities\nPerform SAP version updates, migrations and specialized support.\nManage SAP infrastructure and ensure service continuity.\nAttend and resolve complex incidents and escalations.\nCollaborate with clients, technical teams and project leaders.\nParticipate in the planning of continuous improvements and process optimization.\nAvailability to support cutovers during weekends.\nSome on-call guards according to project needs.\n\n Technical requirements\nDegree in Engineering or related careers.\nSAP Basis & Service Management\nSolid experience in SAP Basis and infrastructure (6 to 8 years).\nMastery of SAP applications and IT Service Management processes.\n Migration Profile\n+2 years of practical experience in SAP migration projects.\nKnowledge of cloud integration.\nExperience with Hyperscalers: Azure, AWS and GCP.\nPrevious experience in SAP RISE (desirable).\nSAP migration certification (plus).\nAvailability for cutovers on weekends.\n\n Upgrade profile\n+2 years of experience in SAP upgrade projects.\nKnowledge of Hyperscalers (desirable).\nExperience with SAP RISE (plus).\nUpgrade certification SAP / ZDO (additional advantage).\nAvailability for cutovers on weekends.",
