About the role\nWe are looking for a Senior SAP IS-U Billing (BIL) Functional Analyst to join a high-impact project in the Utilities sector. The position has a key role in the management and evolution of the billing process, working directly with the client in a dynamic and collaborative environment.\nWe are looking for a profile with an analytical outlook and the ability to go beyond the timely resolution of incidents, providing structural improvements and ensuring the quality of billing processes in SAP.\n Modality: 100% Remote.\n Hours: 08:00 to 17:00.\nOn-call: availability is required to perform on-call duties. will be paid under an overtime regime.\nMain responsibilities\nAnalyze and correct billing errors (billing runs, inconsistencies, discrepancies).\nConfigure and adjust calculation rules (rates, taxes, validations).\nParticipate in testing: unitary, integrated and UAT.\nInteract with functional areas and business stakeholders.\nInvestigate incidents and propose structural solutions.\nWork on regulatory requirements (e.g. ANEEL) and evolutionary.\nMandatory requirements\nSolid experience in SAP IS-U Billing (BIL).\nExperience in the Utilities industry.\nPortuguese level: Advanced Intermediate / Fluent (exclusive) since day-to-day life is in Portuguese.",
