We are looking for Senior SAP TM Consultant / Specialist
From C&S we are looking for a Senior SAP TM Consultant / Specialist to join an important company, providing functional support, incident analysis and participation in smaller developments within the SAP TM module.
Modality: Hybrid (workshops in CABA) or remote
Hours: Full time 9 am to 6 pm
Hiring: Undetermined time
What will your responsibilities be?
Provide assistance to users, analysis and resolution of incidents.
Perform functional debugging (deseable).
Manage priorities and service levels in maintenance areas.
For smaller developments: relief, armed with functional definitions, interaction with ABAP teams and other technical equipment.
Execute unitary tests, support user tests and monitor the output in production.
Study and understand the business processes involved.
Keep process and scenario documentation updated.
Develop solution proposals aligned with SAP best practices (Standard First).
Analyze new SAP functionalities (BF or other solutions).
Generate effort estimates and work plan.
Configure the solution, run tests and document progress.
Generate business cases for GAPs and expose them before the GAP Killing Committee.
Write technical-functional specifications and follow up on development.
Investigate OSS notes, open messages in SAP Marketplace when appropriate.
Coordinate with user areas for definitions and validations.
Design test plans, cases, unitary and integral tests with evidence.
Propose improvements in user experience within SAP.
Work using Agile, ASAP and Activate methodologies, in its latest versions.
Use and experience in SAP Solution Manager.

Solid experience as an SAP TM Consultant.
