Functions of the position
What do you do from day to day?
The selected person will act as an expert in the matter and will be responsible for:
• "Time Grouping" configuration: Create new time groups, which includes recording time, shifts, absences, absence rates, replacements and replacements for a new company, without affecting the previous configurations.
• Data Mapping and Processes: Carry out data mapping understanding the Human Resources business process, analyzing how it influences shifts and overtime in payroll (nominal).
• Architecture and Support: Support in the construction of the architectural side and control of the project, serving as a technical source to clarify doubts and differentiate the proposal from competitors

Experience in SAP HCM - S/4 HANA
Experience working in mining
Poseer professional title
English level: B2+
Indefinite contract from the beginning with 23people - Project time 7 months (Start in May)
Modality:
Home Office living in Chile.
Experience: Since 5 years in training
Opening hours: Mondays to Fridays from 9:00 to 18:00 hrs
