We invite you to apply with us for the position of Senior Strategy Consultant to join the Strategy, Operations and Technology management of the LATAM regional team.
Among its main functions is carrying out internal consulting studies, developing business cases and coordinating multicultural teams to enable decisions at the executive level. The objective is to align transformation initiatives with the regional strategy and support decision-making in regional and local committees, ensuring effective and transparent execution of projects.

Main functions
Participate in the design, analysis and execution of strategic studies (internal consulting type) that enable decision making at executive levels.
Lead or support the development of business cases for transformation initiatives or projects.
Coordinate multidisciplinary and multicultural teams in different countries to guarantee strategic alignment and project advancement.
Accompany and coordinate monitoring and steering processes of strategic programs at the regional level.
Prepare and present executive materials for regional and local committees, adapting the message to diverse audiences (operational to top management).
Act as a reliable and articulate interlocutor with high-level leaders.

Requirements and profile sought
Education: Commercial Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Business Administration or related careers.
Experience: more than 8 years in strategy, transformation and/or consulting issues.
Knowledge and skills: advanced PC use, advanced Excel, effective presentation (advanced PowerPoint), high-level analytical and communication skills, fluent/advanced English, high sense of ethics, probity and discretion, rigor and meticulousness, autonomy and proactivity.

Desirable profile
Previous experience in transformation projects in the insurance or financial services sector, ability to work in dynamic and multicultural environments, stakeholder management skills and experience preparing presentations before executive committees. Solid analytical orientations, strategic thinking and a results-oriented approach will be valued.
