Job Description
We are looking for a senior consultant specialized in digital transformation in the insurance sector to participate in international projects on core insurance processes and systems.
Responsibilities:
Participate in digital transformation and modernization projects of core insurance systems.
Support international insurers in the implementation of digitalization programs.
Analyze end-to-end processes of the insurance sector and existing IT environments to identify improvements.
Contribute to the evolution and modernization of core insurance processes, both at a functional and technical level.
Design solutions at the interface between business and technology, translating requirements into actionable concepts.
Participate in automation and artificial intelligence initiatives applied to insurance processes.
Manage work packages or subprojects within international teams.
Collaborate with clients and teams in international environments.
Requirements:
Experience in insurance consulting or transformation projects in the insurance sector.
Knowledge of key insurance processes such as claims, underwriting and policy administration.
Interest in digital transformation, automation and AI applied to business processes.
Ability to work with international stakeholders.
Availability to work on projects with client presence.
High level of German and English.
