ABOUT THE POSITION
We are looking for an Administration Professional to serve as a Senior Consultant, Growth, Marketing & Commercial Productivity to join Impulsor's Commercial Maturity Diagnostic (DMC) projects. This role fulfills a critical function within the product delivery team, leading the execution of the diagnosis from a business perspective and acting as a commercial operations specialist.
The Business Maturity Diagnostic (DMC) is a consulting product that allows organizations to clearly understand the real state of their business capabilities, identify critical gaps and prioritize opportunities for improvement. At the same time, it operates as a structured organizational research instrument that collects, contrasts and interprets evidence to transform scattered perceptions into consistent findings and actionable decisions.
You will be responsible for conducting qualitative interviews with key client stakeholders, interpreting findings based on the operational logic of a commercial management and formulating the central conclusions of the study. Your work must connect evidence, advisory judgment, and systemic understanding of the business to transform dispersed information into structured findings, executive implications, and actionable recommendations.
The position requires high consultative seniority, structured thinking, analytical capacity, commercial judgment and communication strength. The ideal profile combines experience in marketing, growth, commercial productivity, sales management and organizational analysis, with the ability to read complex contexts, distinguish symptoms from root causes and hold executive conversations with clients of different levels of maturity. The DMC is executed with a standardized, traceable model aligned with quality criteria and methodological consistency, so this role must operate with documentary discipline, analytical rigor and a strong orientation towards excellence in delivery.
CRITICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead the execution of the DMC from the business perspective, ensuring a deep, structured and actionable reading of the client's commercial operation.
• Conduct qualitative interviews with key stakeholders of the client, maintaining methodological control, quality of inquiry and capacity for in-depth analysis.
• Interpret qualitative and quantitative evidence from the logic of growth, marketing, sales and commercial productivity, distinguishing symptoms, structural restrictions and root causes.
• Formulate the central conclusions of the study in coordination with the rest of the delivery team, providing expert judgment and sensitivity to the business.
• Translate complex findings into clear, useful and relevant executive insights for client decision-making.
• Contribute to the comprehensive analysis of the dimensions of the DMC model, linking the findings with scalability, efficiency, commercial control, growth sustainability and execution capacity.
• Provide a holistic vision of processes, capabilities, metrics, commercial management, inter-area coordination and organizational restrictions that affect commercial performance.
• Actively participate in the technical coordination with the Project Coordinator and the Senior Consultant, Business Architecture, respecting the methodological design and the standardized sequence of the product.
• Ensure consistency between evidence collected, analytical interpretation and final messages of the diagnosis.
• Contribute to the preparation of final deliverables, particularly in the development of narratives, findings, interpretive judgments and prioritized recommendations.
• Hold internal work meetings to contrast hypotheses, validate interpretations and strengthen the technical solidity of the report.
• Maintain operational discipline in the use of tools, controlled documents and project systems.
• Safeguard the quality of delivery, the customer experience and the coherence of the work with Impulsor's methodological standards.
• Identify interpretation risks, information gaps or relevant inconsistencies during the execution of the diagnosis and escalate them in a timely manner.
• Contribute to organizational learning of the product through methodological feedback, identification of improvements and documentation of lessons learned
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Senior experience in business consulting, commercial consulting, growth, strategic marketing, commercial productivity or business transformation.
• Commercial operations domain: sales process, pipeline, forecasting, commercial team productivity, commercial governance and performance metrics.
• Ability to conduct executive interviews with analytical depth, active listening and applied research criteria.
• High capacity for structural analysis and interpretation of complex organizational information.
• Ability to connect strategy, execution, organizational capabilities and business results.
• Ability to distinguish root causes from superficial manifestations in business performance problems.
• Excellent executive writing to formulate findings, conclusions and recommendations with clarity, precision and solid argument.
• Systemic thinking and comprehensive vision of the business.
• Consultative criteria to formulate hypotheses, prioritize problems and propose lines of improvement with value logic.
• Ability to work with standardized methodologies, controlled documentation and quality processes.
• Professional management of remote environments, transversal coordination and collaborative work in highly specialized teams.
