We found ourselves looking for a
Senior Salesforce Billing Consultant
to support the implementation and optimization of the invoicing process within the Salesforce ecosystem.
The professional will be responsible for managing and configuring the module
Salesforce Billing
, ensuring correct operation of the complete cycle
Order to Cash
, including the administration of accounts, contracts, orders, invoices and payments.
We are looking for a specialist with proven experience in invoicing processes within Salesforce, especially in
billing plans, billing calendars and implementation of billing cycles
.
This is a
short term mandate
, with the possibility of extension depending on the needs of the project.

Functions of the position
Responsibilities
Administer and configure the module
Salesforce Billing
.
Implement and optimize it
complete billing cycle (Order to Cash)
.
Manage
accounts, contracts, orders, invoices and payments
inside the platform.
Create, edit and consult invoices within the system.
Generate
credit notes
when it matches.
Apply payments to invoices and validate associated financial processes.
Execute periodic invoicing processes.
Generate and consult
financial reports
.
Export information according to internal policies.
Translate business requirements into
scalable technical solutions within Salesforce
.
Collaborate with technical and business teams using agile methodologies.

Requirements and profile
Experience
Proven experience working with
Salesforce Billing
.
Experience in implementing
billing cycles within Salesforce
.
Knowledge of the process
Order to Cash
.
Experience configuring
billing plans and billing calendars
.
Technical Knowledge
Salesforce Ecosystem:
Custom Objects
Automations (
Flows, Process Builder, Apex
)
Permissions and profiles management
General platform configuration
Experience working with
financial reports in Salesforce
.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Methodologies
Basic knowledge of agile methodologies:
Scrum
