Your mission

Design, implement and facilitate academic strategies in Spanish and English, ensuring the methodological quality and formative impact of each project.

What will you do from day to day?

• Facilitate academic sessions and specialized training in Spanish and English.
• Analyze training needs and detect areas for improvement.
• Design and develop content aligned to the demands of the educational market.
• Monitor the pedagogical implementation of academic projects.
• Evaluate results and propose continuous improvements.
• Participate in the design, validation and implementation of academic strategies aligned with institutional needs.
• Driving improvement continues through the use of technological tools and LMS platforms.

What we seek in you
Training and experience
* Degree in Education or related area.
* Minimum experience of 3 years in a role similar to teaching.
* Advanced English at level C1 or higher (indispensable).
* Ability to facilitate sessions and training completely in English in professional contexts.

The selection process includes an interview and practical evaluation in English.
Pedagogical and technical skills

*Didactic design and planning.
*Facilitating learning with active methodologies.
*Management of LMS platforms and digital tools.
*Evaluation of learning and measurement of results.
