Job Description

We are looking for a professional or technologist in areas of technology, systems, electronics, telecommunications or related areas, with experience in process automation, digital transformation and/or business process improvement.

The person will support the gathering of information with clients, identification of automation opportunities, process analysis and structuring of technical-economic proposals, participating in pre-sales and consulting activities.

Key requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in automation, digital transformation, technology or processes.
Knowledge in RPA, Artificial Intelligence, data analytics or intelligent automation.
Experience in analysis and process improvement.
Experience in pre-sales, consulting, consultative sales or customer relations is desirable.
Experience in BPO, Contact Center or services is desirable.

Salary: $2,700,000 + $300,000 variable.
Contract: indefinite.
Modality: 90% remote and 10% in-person.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. m. to 5:00 p.m. m.
Workplace: Bogotá – Modelia for face-to-face spaces.
