At 2Centric we are looking for your talent! We are looking for a Bilingual Accountant with QuickBooks experience to join our team. We are a company that provides administrative and customer service services for companies in the United States from Colombia. (20 hours per week)\nSalary: $35,000 COP per hour\nContract: Provision of services\nWork mode: Remote.\nWhat will your functions be?\nKeep accounting records in QuickBooks for different business units, ensuring that the information is always updated and accurate.\nManage invoices from clients and suppliers in areas such as SaaS, lead generation, pay-per-call and own websites, organizing them by project, campaign or client.\nPrepare and send invoices in the different collection cycles (weekly, biweekly or monthly), complying with established deadlines.\nRecord and track publisher costs in QuickBooks, maintaining orderly and detailed control.\nSupport in the preparation of financial reports that support management decision-making.\nKeep accounting and digital documentation in order (invoices, vouchers, reports and files related).\nCollaborate in the improvement of accounting processes, contributing ideas to optimize times and reduce errors.\nWe need:\nAt least 3 years of previous experience in accounting or financial recording functions.\nUse of QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software (essential requirement).\nGreat attention to detail and ability to work with multiple tasks in an organized manner.\nBasic knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable.\nAbility to work autonomously and in a team, with initiative and positive attitude.\nIt will be a plus if you have worked in SaaS companies, digital marketing or with online revenue models.\nIf you are ready to take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you!
