Job Description

Main responsibilities:
Support in the preparation and/or supervision of Financial Statements and executive reports for the organization.
Be responsible for the operations and registration of monthly and annual tax obligations of the Institution.
Support / Supervision of payments, suppliers of goods and/or services.
Support in reporting and regionalization of subsidiaries in charge.
Monthly and annual closings.
Support in external and internal audits.
Monthly, quarterly and annual information.
Monitoring of requirements before the Authorities.
Responsible for: Supervision and/or registration and timely payment of the liabilities of the subsidiaries in charge.
Accounting record and support in the preparation of monthly and annual Financial Statements and the different executive reports sent by the subsidiaries.
Support in the monthly and annual coordination of the Financial Statements and the different executive reports.
Support in compliance with local tax regulations, on a monthly and annual basis for the subsidiaries in charge.
Supervision and control of Accounts Payable, for the correct payment of suppliers of goods and services.
Support in the Coordination and monitoring of the different audits, external and internal, national or foreign, for the countries of the assigned subsidiaries.
Support in the preparation and sending of monthly, quarterly and annual reports to different government agencies.
Responsible for the support and/or coordination of the corresponding annual obligations for tax purposes of the subsidiaries in charge.
Collaborate with/Key clients include:
Chief accountant and controller
Accounting manager of other subsidiaries
External audit manager
Systems
Internal and external auditors
Local authority supervisors.
Requirements:
Specialized experience as a General and Public Accountant (2-5 years)
General Accountant Title
Registered and authorized to sign EEFF
Strategic approach
Integer
Problem identification and resolution
Analysis and decision-making capacity.
