Job Description:
We are seeking a Property Accountant to join our financial team in the multifamily real estate sector. The person will be responsible for the accounting and financial management of our property portfolio, ensuring accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.

Main responsibilities:
-Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for each property.
-Reconcile bank accounts and income statements.
-Monitor cash flow and treasury projections.
-Review and record invoices, payments and tax obligations.
-Support in the preparation of budgets and audits.

Requirements:
-Bachelor or Graduate in Accounting, Finance or Administration.
-Minimum experience of 3 years in treasury, accounting or auditing.
-Advanced use of Excel and ERP (SAP, Oracle, CONCAR, TumiSoft).
-Knowledge of IFRS and Peruvian tax regulations.
-Advanced English.
