Job Description

Role Overview
You will own Breadth Marketing's content engine and brand presence. That means building the content strategy, calendar, and execution that turns our work, results, and POV into inbound demand for the agency.
This is the primary mandate. You will also manage social media delivery for 3 restaurant client accounts as a defined portion of your capacity, working alongside our designers and account team.
You will report directly to the founder and operate as the owner of Breadth's voice in the market.
What You'll Own
Agency Brand & Content (Primary, ~60% of role):
•\ Build and execute Breadth Marketing's content strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and the podcast
•\ Turn client case studies, campaign results, and methodology into a consistent publishing rhythm
•\ Manage the founder's personal brand presence in coordination with the founder
•\ Restart and run the YouTube channel as a long-form content asset
•\ Develop and execute podcast distribution and promotion
•\ Define and report on agency content KPIs (reach, engagement, inbound leads attributed to content)
Client Social Media Delivery (Secondary, ~40% of role):
•\ Manage social strategy and monthly calendars for 3 restaurant client accounts
•\ Coordinate with designers, project manager and account manager on content production
•\ Schedule, publish, and engage across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
•\ Own community management across client accounts: respond to DMs, comments, and mentions; engage with relevant accounts; repost user-generated content with permission; flag and escalate sensitive interactions to the account manager
•\ Maintain defined response-time standards for client community management (DMs and comments answered within agreed SLA windows)
•\ Deliver monthly performance reports with insights to account managers
What \"Great\" Looks Like at 90 Days
•\ Breadth's publishing cadence is consistent and on-brand across at least 2 primary channels
•\ A content production system exists (calendar, repurposing workflow, asset library) that doesn't depend on the founder
•\ 3 client social accounts are running on time, on brand, with monthly reporting delivered without prompting
•\ Community management response times consistently meet agreed client SLAs (e.g., DMs and comments answered within 24 business hours)
•\ Clear baseline metrics established for both agency content and client accounts
What You Bring
•\ 5+ years managing social media and content for US-based brands, agencies, or in-house teams
•\ Demonstrated experience building a brand's content presence from low activity to consistent output (not just executing on an existing strategy)
•\ Strong written English, native or fully fluent
•\ Restaurant or hospitality experience preferred but not required
•\ Comfort with AI tools for content support, with the editorial judgment to know when to use them and when not to
•\ Track record of managing your own calendar, deliverables, and reporting without daily oversight
•\ Ability to translate marketing results into compelling content (case studies, before/afters, methodology breakdowns)
What This Role Is Not
•\ A junior posting role
•\ A content coordinator who waits for direction
•\ A part-time gig with vague scope
If you need a detailed brief for every post, this isn't the right fit. If you can take a campaign result, a client win, or a strategic POV and turn it into a week of content without hand-holding, we should talk.
