Functions of the position
What knowledge do we look for in the Content Manager?
Monitor the correct use of the bank's tone, style and guidelines in each communication, text or microcopy.
Publish approved content efficiently and accurately.
Manage and maintain content within the assigned CMS.
Collaborate with internal areas to validate information and ensure consistency.
Actively participate in sessions with PO, Design, Technology and other user areas.
Position requirements
5 or more years
of experience in content administration and publishing.
Previous experience in
banking, fintech or retail
.
Knowledge of flows and types of business banking users:
Investment flows in companies.
Corporate profit flows.
Knowledge of roles such as legal representative, accountant or similar profiles
