Requirements:
- University or technical bachelor's degree in careers such as Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business or similar.
- Experience of at least 06 months in database management (Reporting)
- Advanced Excel proficiency (will be evaluated).
Features:
- Daily validation of the hours to be paid, after reviewing the scheduled hours vs. the hours worked and approved disconnections such as: licenses, vacations and general interruptions
- Management of reports generated by the On-Time/BMS tool
- Generation and cross-referencing of reports associated with non-compliance with shift policies, through the generation of alerts
- Tracking of automatic RPA alerts
- Report on dates of the calendars and cuts established by the payroll areas
- Generate training for the operation of the tools
