Our leading company in the provision of services with more than 1000 collaborators is looking for new talents with availability to work as: GTR - CONTROLLER (WORK FROM HOME)\nFunctions:\n\nPlan, organize and carry out the updates in processes necessary in the operation according to the deviations found.\nReport the deviations of the occupation Kpis (tardies and/or absences or operations incidents) and manage dimensions required.\n\nRequirements:\nMinimum experience of 6 months or more as GTR, Traffic Controller or similar.\nExperience in Call Center services.\nKnowledge of Excel at an intermediate level.\nKnowledge of basic SQL\nKnowledge of Kpis\n100% remote work from Monday to Sunday from 8:00AM to 10:00PM, work 8 hours!
