About the company: Mente Sana is a growing Spanish company dedicated to democratizing access to high-quality online psychological services. We are at a crucial stage of development and are looking for a COO (Director of Operations) to assume leadership of our operational structure, preparing us for our next phase of scalability.

The Challenge: As COO, you will be the operating engine of the company. You will not inherit a rigid system; Your main challenge will be to evaluate our current state, design the architecture of our operations and establish standards of excellence for our administrative team and our network of remote psychologists.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, structure and document the end-to-end operational processes of the online clinic.

Implement measurement systems (KPIs and OKRs) to evaluate the efficiency of operations and the quality of patient service.

Lead continuous improvement and innovation in internal processes, always seeking automation and efficiency.

Guarantee correct integration and communication between the different areas of the company (Human Resources, Patient Care, Network of Psychologists).

Ideal profile:

Professional with a proven track record as Operations Manager, COO or similar roles, preferably in startups, HealthTech or digital services companies.

High analytical and complex problem-solving skills.

Proven leadership in 100% remote and asynchronous work environments.

Location: Colombia, Argentina or Spain.

Conditions:

Compensation: $600 - $3,500 USD per month, evaluated strictly according to seniority, experience provided and fit to the role.
