At DNA Music, the largest music community in Colombia, we are opening operations in Mexico and we need a Commercial Coordinator to take the reins.\nConditions:\nModality: Remote (Mexico).\nType: Service provision.\nRange: USD800 base + USD500 variable for meeting monthly goals.\nWhat will you do?\nYou will lead the commercial operation from scratch. It is not a desk role. We are looking for someone to design the system, execute the daily reports, coach your team and close gaps to meet the goal: 30 registrations per month.\nWhat you need:\nMinimum 3 years in educational sales or intangible services (with demonstrable monthly goals).\nExperience leading commercial teams (+5 people) and managing CRM as your source of truth.\nIron discipline, obsession with data and the ability to make decisions under pressure.\nThat you like build, not just operate.
