TOP PERSONNEL GROUP is working together with an important company specialized in pest control, prevention and elimination services; comprehensive design services, implementation and maintenance of green areas as well as deep cleaning and disinfection of grease traps, which is looking for a Collection Coordinator (CDMX). \n\nKey responsibilities of the position are:\nFollow up on pending client payments.\nContact delinquent clients to collect overdue services.\nControl and report weekly on the status of accounts receivable, analyzing the age of balances.\nEstablish strategies and execute them to reduce delinquency.\nPropose solutions to improve portfolio recovery.\nPrepare weekly and monthly collection reports.\nSupervision of two Collection Assistants. \n\nRequirements:\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance or similar.\nExperience: Minimum 2 years in collections at the Coordination or Supervision level.\n\nKnowledge: \nAccounts receivable management and collection techniques.\nExcel intermediate - advanced.\nERP. \n\nSkills:\nWork under pressure. \nTeamwork.\nHonesty.\nProactivity.\nReliability.\nOrder.\nEffective communication.",
