Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Development Coordinator with solid technical experience and leadership capabilities to lead the development of scalable solutions at MyIntelli, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence, cloud architecture and payroll processes.
Technical requirements

Languages:
Python (advanced, ideally applied to AI/automation)
TypeScript/JavaScript
golang
PHP/Laravel

Experience in development of:
APIs
microservices
distributed architectures

Databases:
SQL (PostgreSQL)

Cloud:
Solid experience in AWS (EC2, RDS, Lambda, S3, among others)

Methodologies:
Management of Scrum and agile environments

Required experience

+5 years of experience in software development
Experience leading technical teams as Coordinator, Technical Leader or Tech Lead
Experience in scalable software architecture design
Experience in development or integration of solutions based on Artificial Intelligence
Experience in systems related to payroll, times worked, shifts or personnel management
Responsibilities

Lead the development team and ensure good engineering practices
Design and implement scalable and secure architectures
Coordinate sprints, technical priorities and team deliverables
Drive AI-based integrations and functionalities
Supervise developments linked to payroll, calculation of time worked, business rules and compliance
Optimize cloud infrastructure performance, stability and costs
Highly valued plus

Experience in B2B SaaS products
HR-Tech experience
Knowledge of labor legislation applied to payroll and times worked
