An important company in the land cargo transportation sector is looking for a Dispatch Coordinator, responsible for managing the transportation operation and strengthening the commercial relationship with current and potential clients.\nThe selected person will be responsible for coordinating the dispatch processes, guaranteeing the procurement of vehicles and ensuring compliance with transportation documentary processes, also contributing to commercial growth through active customer management.\nMain functions:\nManage the procurement of vehicles for the land cargo transportation operation.\nCoordinate and monitor merchandise shipments until final delivery to the customer.\nPrepare and manage transportation documents: manifest, consignment, loading order and travel advances.\nFollow up on travel compliments and legalization of documents.\nMaintain permanent communication with drivers and clients to address operational developments.\nExecute visits to current clients in order to strengthen business relationships.\nIdentify and manage opportunities of new business and customer acquisition.\nMonitor management indicators related to tons moved and service fulfillment.\nRequired profile:\nTechnical, technological or professional training in logistics, transportation, administration or related areas.\nExperience in logistics and land transportation of cargo.\nKnowledge in obtaining vehicles and negotiating with transporters.\nManagement of transportation documentation: manifests, shipments, loading orders and advances.\nCommercial skills for client management and generation of new business opportunities.\nSkills and competencies\nLeadership and service orientation.\nAssertive communication and commercial skills.\nPlanning, organization and monitoring.\nAbility to work under pressure with a high sense of responsibility.\nProfessional ethics, confidentiality and commitment to continuous improvement.\nVocation to service, adaptability and teamwork.\nWorking conditions\nType of contract:\n Fixed-term contract for 6 months, with the possibility of moving to an indefinite term depending on performance.\nSalary:\nBasic salary: $1,989,000\nVariable salary: $813,000 (subject to experience and compliance with management indicators such as tons moved and monitoring of compliments).\nAdditional commissions for linking new clients.\nHours:\nMonday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m. (with a lunch hour between 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.)\nSaturdays: 8:00 a.m. 1:00 p.m.\n(Subject to regulatory changes)",
