We would love for you to join our team and be part of this exciting adventure.\n\nJob Description\nWe are looking for an Event Coordinator, a person passionate about projects and generating value through events, who wants to lead the planning, coordination and strategic execution of the team of Tax Specialists & Speakers. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting the business, content and execution, ensuring the correct management of agendas, the continuous development of the team and the generation of initiatives that drive the events strategy as a driver of commercial opportunities for Siigo Fiscal.\n\nYour challenges:\n1. You strategically lead the team of Tax Specialists & Speakers, managing agendas, balancing the operational load and monitoring their performance. Ensuring high standards in technical and narrative quality, aligning the team with business objectives.\n2. You plan and manage the team's agendas for events, webinars, training and content production, ensuring efficient coverage of demand. Prioritizing activities according to their commercial impact and optimizing the strategic use of speakers.\n3. You ensure that each content, event or talk responds to real market needs and has demand generation potential.\n4. You coordinate with internal teams the definition of event agendas, prioritization of themes and adjustment of narratives to align objectives. Keeping insights updated from the use of the product, ensuring consistency in execution.\n5. You monitor and give visibility to executed events, participation of specialists and content performance, identifying the most effective themes.\n6. You promote the continuous technical updating of the team, ensuring that specialists are up to date on Mexican tax regulations, accounting trends, SAT criteria and strategic use of SIIGO Fiscal. Acting as a bridge between the areas of Fiscal Product, Marketing, Communications and the Accounting segment to align knowledge and execution.\n7. Together with the team, you define the thematic axes, content narratives and pedagogical approaches, ensuring their evolution according to the market. Based on the fiscal calendar, team insights, business objectives and performance analysis to guide the strategy.\n8. You lead research processes on tax trends, regulatory changes and accountant needs to generate actionable insights. Transforming these findings into new themes, better communication approaches and commercial opportunities.\n\nWhat do we need from you?\n- You are a professional in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, industrial engineering or similar.\n- You have at least 5 years of experience in project management, from planning to execution, ensuring its correct implementation and monitoring. Of which 2 years of experience leading teams, ideally in commercial areas or in high operational tempo environments, with the ability to mobilize teams towards achieving results. It is essential to have skills in managing agendas and resources, optimizing times and guaranteeing operational efficiency.
