Senior Coordinator- Maintenance

What will you do?

Responsible for assignment and follow-up with providers of different specialties for equipment care. Attention to emergencies, validation of concepts and scope of equipment repair work. Coordination of supply and quotation of spare parts. Support units in opportunities with the system.

Main Responsibilities:

Assign a supplier to address equipment failures
Information management, data analysis
Answer unit follow-up calls
Generate conferences with leaders, supervisors, stores, executives, districts and suppliers.
Quote the spare parts requested for repairs
Coordinates sessions with conservation supervisors to align budget and strategy.
Follow up with suppliers on the corrections required by the units.
Prioritize work with suppliers, to pay attention to the most important and critical issues.
Have effective communication with our main client (Units).
Efficient communication with GNFR and/or suppliers, to have the spare parts put into the units on time and to be able to execute the work in the shortest time possible.
Conferences between suppliers, store leaders and conservation supervisors, to align steps to solve complex issues.
Align the supplier with your most important jobs.
Provide metrics to suppliers in order to improve their performance.
Know your process and the processes of the area in detail.
Align your suppliers with contractual rules
Generate conferences with leaders, supervisors, stores, executives, districts and suppliers, to align budget and strategy.
Identifies sensitive or escalated cases, and prioritizes and/or seeks authorization.
Get to know the boards and indicators of the area
Work based on objectives and giving results.
Prioritize work with suppliers, to pay attention to the most important and critical issues.
Have effective communication with our main client (Units).
Maintains constant communication with its clients (Supervisors and leaders)
Efficient communication with GNFR and/or suppliers, to put spare parts in the units on time and be able to execute the work in the shortest time possible. Make decisions about shipping spare parts.
Align the supplier with your most important jobs.
Provide metrics to suppliers in order to improve their performance.
Question costs, diagnoses, etc. To suppliers.
Ensures that the corrective scope according to the contract with the supplier is applied to each service.

Who are we looking for?

Engineer in computer systems, systems or similar
Intermediate Excel management.

6:30am- 3:30pm 10:30am-8:00pm
