Job Description
We are looking for a Payroll Coordinator with proven experience in managing high-volume payroll (more than 300 employees), with solid knowledge and social security.
This role is key to guarantee the correct settlement, execution and control of payroll at the regional level, ensuring regulatory compliance and accuracy in the processes.
Main functions:
Review and validate the payroll generated before payment
Audit news, settlements and calculations (overtime, surcharges, deductions, etc.)
Verify the correct settlement of social benefits and provisions
Validate social security and parafiscal contributions
Review the electronic payroll prior to sending it to the DIAN
Identify inconsistencies, errors or risks and generate alerts
Perform payroll reconciliations (third parties, presumed debts, provisions)
Control vacation liabilities
Support the generation of magnetic media
Prepare payroll control and audit reports
Conditions:
-Mode: Remote
-Schedule: Monday to Saturday
-Salary: $2,660,000 + variable $778,000 + legal assistance and transportation
