Job Description

Experience and knowledge

- Verifiable experience in market research, especially in quantitative and qualitative studies (minimum 1 year).
- Management of quantitative and qualitative methodologies: focus groups, in-depth interviews, ethnographies, online sessions, etc.
- Knowledge in selection and recruitment of participants for qualitative studies.
- Experience in logistics coordination of studies
- Ability to prepare summaries, basic reports and field notes.

Technical skills

- Management of virtual platforms for qualitative sessions (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet).
- Good command of office tools: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Personal competencies

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization and management of multiple tasks at the same time.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Proactive, responsible attitude focused on meeting delivery times.
- Ease of interacting with diverse audiences.

Availability and modality

- I work mainly from home.
- Availability to support in the field when necessary and in sessions outside of working hours when required.
- Preferably reside in Guatemala City, Guatemala or surrounding areas (not exclusive).",
