Job Description

At ManpowerGroup, we are looking for a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator for an important multinational company, a leader in cutting-edge technology products and services.

Purpose of the position
Coordinate and ensure the correct functioning of the supply chain in the plant – transportation – distribution center connection, guaranteeing compliance with deliveries in a timely manner, through efficient management of national and international logistics operations.

Roles and responsibilities
-Monitor critical regional shipments from international plants and subsidiaries, controlling times, quantities, documentation, changes, cancellations and consolidations.
-Coordinate the execution of shipments with shippers, carriers and logistics providers.
-Provide operational support to the Logistics team to ensure successful deliveries to distribution centers.
-Participate in performance evaluations of logistics providers.
-Keep logistics information updated in corporate systems.
-Prepare and report performance indicators (KPIs) and monthly logistics expenses.
-Manage and control costs associated with route changes and transportation modalities.
-Execute and coordinate export processes.
-Analyze opportunities to consolidate purchase orders at origin.
-Detect inconsistencies in information systems and coordinate their resolution.
-Promote continuous improvements in processes, methodologies and logistical monitoring.
-Support implementations and logistics projects in Latin American countries.
-Lead monitoring, coordination and process improvement meetings.
-Promote the adoption of best logistics practices at the regional level.

Requirements
-Professional degree in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Foreign Trade, Administration or related field.
-Minimum experience of 2 years in similar positions, ideally in international logistics, foreign trade, transportation and distribution.
-Management of ERP systems (ideally AS400 / SAP) and Excel at intermediate-advanced level.
-Intermediate English.

Conditions of the position
Modality: Teleworking.
Schedule: Monday to Friday (5x2).
Hours: 08:30 to 17:30 hrs.
Net income: $1,200,000 CLP.
Type of contract: Replacement (January – February).
