Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate import shipments (FCL / LCL / Air) from origin to final destination
Track shipments from origin ports (China, Vietnam, etc.) to the U.S.
Communicate and coordinate with overseas agents and partners
Review and manage shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, ISF, commercial invoice, packing list)
Work closely with customs brokers for cargo clearance
Monitor ETA, cargo availability, and final delivery timelines
Provide shipment updates and maintain communication with clients
Handle exceptions (delays, customs holds, exams, etc.)
Coordinate final delivery (FTL, LTL, transload when applicable)",
