(Approved with 8 years of relevant experience)\nAdvanced English B1, B2+ (Language validation is carried out).\nMinimum 3 years in supply chain. \nExperience in international transportation, customs and distribution\nDirect relationship with clients and logistics providers (3PL)\nMonitoring of purchase orders, shipments and shipments\nAnalysis of KPIs and operational performance\nExperience in freight forwarders, logistics operators or companies in the sector\n\n What will you do in this role?\n Carry out comprehensive monitoring of shipments (imports and exports) until their final delivery\n Coordinate with logistics operators (3PL), freight agents and carriers\n Validate operational and customs documentation\n Identify deviations, risks and incidents, proposing effective solutions\n Analyze KPIs and logistics performance, generating improvement actions\n Ensure traceability and visibility of operations\n Optimize routes, modes of transport and cargo consolidation\n Manage the relationship with suppliers and key actors in the supply chain\n Propose continuous improvements in operational processes and service efficiency\n Manage critical situations and ensure the continuity of the operation\n\nWhat we offer you\nLocation: Bogotá hybrid - Cali 100% remote. \nSchedule: Monday to Friday (7am to 5pm) Hybrid modality in Bogotá (3 days at home and 2 days in the office). \nSalary: $4,000,000 + Connectivity: 60,000 BOGOTA and 100,000 IN CALI + Legal benefits\nContract: Work or work for up to 1 year, possibility of direct connection according to performance.\n\n Ready for the challenge?",
