At Alfa Psicología, we are looking for a bilingual logistics operations coordinator – advanced English (C1) to work remotely from Colombia, for a renowned company dedicated to international food trade, in the city of Medellín.

REQUIREMENTS:
Training: Professional in international business, foreign trade, administration or related careers.
Experience: Minimum two (2) years in international logistics management.
Specific knowledge: Maritime transportation, shipment coordination, export/import documentation and processes with freight forwarders.
Advanced English skills, level C1.
Use of Excel, intermediate level.
You must have an American visa and availability to travel to Cartagena, Medellín, USA (mainly Houston).

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Houston, Texas time. (You must have time availability outside of the established schedule, if new developments arise in the operation).

Workplace: Teleworking (Colombia).
Type of contract: Indefinite-term employment contract.
Remuneration: Between $6,000,000 and $8,000,000 + social benefits + travel expenses.

FUNCTIONS:
* Coordinate and monitor international logistics operations from the United States.
* Maintain constant contact with brokers, shipping companies, suppliers and global logistics agents.
* Manage the customs and commercial documentation required for exports from the United States, verifying that it complies with the regulations of the destination country.
* Accompany the management of international logistics claims, channeling incidents with the actors involved and generating improvement reports.",
