Editorial Projects Coordinator\n Location: Mexico City | Remote work\nArea: Operations\n Reports to: Operations Leader / General Management\nObjective of the position\nCoordinate and monitor editorial projects from the signing of the contract to the final delivery of the book, ensuring that time, budget, quality and expectations of the author are met.\nMain responsibilities\nDefine the scope of each project together with Management and the Commercial area.\nCoordinate the author's onboarding process and explain the process editorial.\n Prepare and monitor the project schedule.\nSupervise the stages of editing, proofreading, design, printing and launch.\nEnsure compliance with time and budget.\nManage scope changes and document agreements.\nFollow up on payments in coordination with Administration.\nValidate deliverables and quality standards.\nCoordinate the team involved in each project.\nManage legal records such as ISBN and barcode.\nBe the point of main contact of the author throughout the process.\nDetect risks and propose timely solutions.\nPrevent and manage possible conflicts with authors.\nRequirements\nCompleted bachelor's degree\nMinimum 3 years of experience coordinating projects (ideally editorial, creative or production).\nExperience working with schedules and multiple simultaneous projects.\nDesirable knowledge\nProject management methodologies (PMI or similar).\nProcesses editorials.\nProject planning and control.\nManagement of tools such as Excel, Drive, CRM, WhatsApp Business, etc.\nProfile we are looking for\nOrganized and structured person.\nExcellent written and verbal communication.\nResults orientation.\nAbility to manage several projects at the same time.\nAbility to anticipate risks and solve problems.\nWe offer\nParticipate in complete editorial projects.\nClose work with authors and teams multidisciplinary.\nDynamic and results-oriented environment.\nFreelance position",
