RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR – CANADA REGION

Mission of the position: You will be responsible for assisting in administrative functions and coordinating the incorporation and hiring process of candidates. You will manage the entire Onboarding process and the different activities for all new employees in the Canada region.

What do you need?
•\ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or similar.
•\ Intermediate English (Oral and written)
•\ Minimum experience of 5 years as a Human Resources manager in service companies.

What will your responsibilities be?
•\ You will coordinate and manage the entire onboarding and induction process for new hires under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Specialist, Human Resources Manager, and Hiring Managers to ensure a successful onboarding experience for our new employees.
•\ You will supervise all administrative activities that are required prior to hiring new employees (approximately 50 new hires per week).
•\ You will provide support to the Recruitment team with the objective of streamlining the logistics associated with the entire Onboarding process.
•\ You will carry out the entire administrative hiring process.
•\ You will make and process job references for candidates and coordinate the doping tests corresponding to the process.
•\ You will ensure and validate that candidates' employment references and drug test results comply with Menzies Aviation Policies.
•\ You will be responsible for the onboarding and On -boarding process once the recruitment team has made the offer, ensuring compliance with the established operating procedure.
•\ You will be in constant communication with new employees to ensure that all documentation required for the management of the airport identification card (Airport Badging), the application of doping tests and the scheduling and monitoring of training and training are completed to guarantee a good experience for employees.
•\ You will process verification forms for new hires to ensure compliance with government requirements.
•\ You will review supplier systems daily to ensure the progress and status of requests.
•\ You will provide excellent service to internal customers and candidates by quickly responding to all their questions and concerns.
•\ You will supervise the compliance and execution of the tasks assigned to candidates in Onboarding, ensuring their completion before the due date.
•\ You will perform all those functions inherent to the area of ​​your competence, as well as all those functions that are assigned by Management and/or immediate Boss.

What are we looking for?
•\ Minimum experience of 2 years in Human Resources with experience in recruiting and retaining personnel with desirable knowledge in ground handling, cargo or aviation.
•\ Experience in ATS management (UtiliPro desirable).
•\ Advanced use of MS Office Suite in Word, Excel and Outlook.
•\ Advanced English (oral and written)
•\ Ability to process large volumes of information and documentation accurately.
•\ Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, teamwork, organization, attention to detail and compliance with deliverables.
