Lead, coordinate and manage the team of Service Managers, ensuring operational excellence, account profitability, customer satisfaction and correct application of the service model, acting as an instance of escalation, strategic unlocking and continuous improvement.

Advanced use of Microsoft Office tools for analysis and reportability
Mastery in SLA management, contractual commitments and service standards
Leadership in Service Manager teams and management of performance evaluations
Experience with corporate clients and resolution of critical service conflicts
Ability to analyze operational metrics and consolidate executive management reports
Career in IT service management in corporate environments and service operations
Implementation of onboarding strategies and continuous development for technical specialists
Application of financial processes of the service including billing control, costs and margins
Management of continuous improvement of services, optimization of operational processes and monitoring of indicators
Minimum 5 years of experience managing expectations between clients and technical teams to ensure service continuity
