Your Key Responsibilities (Leadership and Execution)
Team Leadership and Coaching: Motivate, train and guide the team of commission sellers, ensuring they use best practices in prospecting and closing B2B technology deals.

Strategy and Metrics: Develop and implement weekly/monthly/quarterly sales strategy to achieve the unit's overall revenue objectives. Monitor key KPIs (conversion, deal size, pipeline speed).

Global Pipeline Management: Oversee the team's constant flow of qualified opportunities, participate in complex deals as an expert advisor, and ensure CRM discipline is maintained.

Personal Prospecting and Closing: Maintain an active role on the street, identifying and closing your own high-value opportunities, serving as an example and closing strategic deals for the company.

Reporting and Forecasting: Present accurate sales forecasts to Management, analyzing the individual and collective performance of the team.

Compensation Model (Read Carefully!)
This is a 100% results-oriented leadership position:

PROFITS BASED EXCLUSIVELY ON COMMISSION: It is made up of Personal Sales Commission and Leadership Commission (Override) on team sales.

No fixed base salary or monthly payment is offered. Your income will be the direct result of your effectiveness and your team's ability to close deals.

The commission percentage (personal and override) will be transparent and will be applied to the total value of the contract successfully closed and paid.
