We are looking for a person to join the community management and volunteer team. The position focuses on the coordination, organization and support of volunteers, as well as strengthening the sense of community through in-person and digital initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the database of volunteers, ensuring that the information is updated and well structured.
Serve as a point of contact for organizational issues related to processes, procedures and general conditions.
Manage the entire new volunteer onboarding process, from application review to structured welcome.
Design and execute initiatives to foster participation, commitment and a sense of belonging.
Promote communication and exchange within the volunteer community.
Requirements:
University degree in Social Work, Psychology, Social Sciences, Communication, Business Administration or related areas.
Experience in community management, volunteering or network coordination.
Experience in project management and process organization.
Good communication skills and a taste for working with people.
Ability to work structured, autonomous and reliable.
Experience promoting participation and commitment in communities.
Use of digital tools such as Slack, Airtable or Google Workspace.
Salary to receive
€45,000 / year
